In addition to manufacturing components for single family homes, Amwood also produces components for multi-family and commercial projects.
We have a number of pre-priced plans for duplex and four-unit apartment buildings. Many times with multi-family and commercial projects, the size is determined by the site conditions.
In those cases, our drafting department can custom design the project to meet your needs. We do not have the ability to "architecturally stamp" a plan if that is needed by your municipality, but we will work closely with your architect. By working with your architect up front, many customers have found that we have saved them money by not having designs done twice.
